With long experience in education system, we consider that human resource management regards training and development is the main function concerned with organizational activity aimed at bettering the job performance of individuals and groups in organizational settings.

Training is a program that helps employees learn specific knowledge or skills to improve performance in their current roles. Development is more expansive and focuses on employee growth and future performance, rather than an immediate job role.

From case to case, from demand to demand, we answer in the most proper way, with available setup, or we create tools to meet requested skill.

Training courses are provided as accredited curricula with graduation certificates and diplomas. We promote as much as possible finishing the training sessions with graduation project that always must prove the applicability of the accumulated knowledge.

According with EU legislation our diplomas and certificates, form case to case, have one of the following recognition levels:

  • local level (our center provide graduation certificate)
  • regional diploma (usually recognized by Ministry of Labour and companies)
  • national diploma (recognized by Ministry of Education, that is EU recognized if English graduation supplement is provided).

Why these possibilities? To answer to local demands in the most acceptable way.
